6/3: Asana to strengthen the feet, ankles, and knees
6/10: Asana to bring strength and health to the legs and hips
6/17: Asana to strengthen the back and abdominals
6/24: Asana to bring health and balance to the elbows, shoulders, and neck
All classes end with relaxation and breath work.
